Fourth phase candidate list is as follows in the table. It contains candidates from both NDA and janata parivar. 55 constituencies will go on polls.
Of 776 candidates contesting Round 4 of the election, 253 have criminal cases ranging from murder, attempt to murder, communal disharmony, kidnapping and crime against women. Ten candidates have declared cases related to kidnapping against them. Twenty-eight (67%) of 42 candidates fielded by BJP, seven (13%) of 53 BSP candidates, 16 (76%) of 21 JD(U) candidates, six (75%) of eight Congress candidates, 15 (58%) 26 RJD candidates, 21 (51%) of 41 SP candidates, four (44%) of nine NCP candidates, all five LJP candidates of LJP and 64 (24%) of 265 Independent candidates for the fourth phase have declared assets worth more than Rs 1 crore.
