Women unsafe in Delhi, Nirbhaya Fund still remains unspent says AAP
New Delhi: Nothing has changed even two years after the horrific December 16 gangrape case in Delhi, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal said today even as he promised to make Delhi safer for women if his party returned to power here.
The party also slammed the UPA and NDA governments over the Nirbhaya Fund remaining unspent.
