NEW DELHI: Will the Narendra Modi wave sweep Delhi too when the capital goes to polls early next year? According to an opinion poll, BJP is likely to emerge as the largest party and cross the magic figure with 45 seats in upcoming polls to the 70-member Delhi assembly.
As per the ABP-Nielsen poll, Arvind Kejriwal is the most preferred candidate for the position of Chief Minister with 43 per cent of the respondents preferring him followed by BJP's Harsh Vardhan. It said Congress is likely to bag 7 seats in the 70-seat House in Delhi. The half-way mark in the 70-member Assembly is 36.
