High Court issues notices to State election commission for fresh election schedule

INDORE: A PIL has been filed before the Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court on Tuesday demanding announcement of fresh election schedule before the expiry of tenure of existing representative body of IMC. The divisional bench of Justices PK Jaiswal and S Waghmare has issued notices to state election commission ( SEC), state and civic body directing to file their reply in 10 days. Read More.>>
